Weekend With Shell

Shell was here for a few days - her and her dog Storm. What joy it was to have 2 Diva Dogs together. They did nothing but fight the whole weekend. It was so bad that Tom had to carry our dog to keep them apart. Of course they each sided with their own dogs, it was the other dog's fault. The truth is Boodles was the one that started it.

It seems that when you rub Storm's belly, she growls. Not a mean growl, but a happy growl. But she looked at Boodles while growling, and that started it. It was downhill from there. Tom had boodles up his ass the whole time for protection, and Storm stayed up shell's. I was their maid.

Seems that Shell knew why they were at each other, they were both jealous of her. They both wanted her attention and was fighting over her. Whatever...

We dropped the dogs off at Doggy Daycare and we headed to the beach. Of course Shell slept on the way out, it was a long ride with her snoring.

And to top it off the drive was horrible. It was so foggy, and since I hate bridges and had to cross this huge bridge to get there I wasn't happy.

Maybe the fog helped me, I couldn't even see the water off the sides of the bridge.

Once we got to the Outer Banks Shell woke up- Ready to shop. Seems she wanted to go only to shop. All the stores are 1/2 cause its off season. She got a boogie board to use next summer, and I got another umbrella since my last one went swimming here and is at the bottom of the river from the wind.

Of course we had to go to Walmart. Even though I have the baby's Christmas Present, Shell still wanted to go threw the baby toys. She was so happy there playing with the toys.

We never did make it to the beach, it wasn't that nice of a day. She was happy shopping.

Now it's time to get back to normal here, Boodles is happy that Storm is gone, she has her place back to herself, and Tom won't have to carry her everywhere. Storm was in the car faster than I ever seen her get in a car.

But as always it was great to have Shell here.
